Pranayama

Group meditation session in a bright studio space with large windows and wooden floors.

On regular Fridays from 09:00 am - 09:30 am. Amit shares his love of pranayama for anyone who wishes to join in. These are complimented by online sessions once or twice per month to re-inforce foundations.

Mission Cafe

Outdoor patio with wooden table and chairs, a parasol, brick wall backdrop, and cushion seating.

Post practice - head upstairs to the cafe for a complimentary bowl of porridge, or enjoy breakfast in the restaurant. The outdoor roof terrace is an oasis during the summer months.
